While no quarterback made the top 10 list, Michael Vick just missed out with a 49.3 point fantasy performance in 2010. Vick, playing for the Eagles, absolutely dismantled Washington in a 59-28 rout. Vick scored 6 touchdowns, with two on the ground, and threw for more than 300 yards. His ability to put up points both through the air and on the ground made him a favorite amongst fantasy owners. 

Wide Receiver With The Most Fantasy Points

Coming in second all time, Tyreek Hill put up 57.9 points in 2020 with 13 catches for 269 yards and three touchdowns. Hill's blazing speed matched with Patrick Mahomes' arm made that Chiefs team almost impossible to stop. 

Tight End With The Most Fantasy Points

Darren Waller put up a ridiculous 45 fantasy points at the end of 2020 in a game pitting the Raiders up against the New York Jets. Waller caught 13 balls for 200 yards and 2 touchdowns. If we were to look back before the year 2000, Waller's stats would actually put him in 5th place for tight ends all time. Kellen Winslow had 13 catches for 144 yards and five touchdowns in 1981. That would've amounted to 54.7 fantasy points in a PPR format. 

Defense With The Most Fantasy Points

There is some mixed information out there, but the consensus is that this title goes to the 1989 Cleveland Browns, who recovered 5 fumbles, had 3 interceptions, 6 sacks, and 3 touchdowns in a game against Pittsburgh. 

Kicker With the Most Fantasy Points

Jay Feely, playing for the Arizona Cardinals, put up 29.5 fantasy points in a 2010 game against the Denver Broncos. Feely made 5 of 6 field goals and 4 for 4 on extra points. Rob Bironas was only a half point behind, netting 29 in 2007 when he made 8 field goals in a game!
